- Must be your own work! No plagurizing or stealing!
- Must be made with actual video clips. No slideshows!
- Videos can be in any format and file size. All links are acceptable, though we prefer, if possible, download links over YouTube.
- Videos must be Doctor Who related. Any era is acceptable (New Series and Classic Series is fine.) Outside footage of an actor is fine, i.e. Blackpool, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, etc. If you use any of the more mature scenes from Secret Diary, please WARN US in the comments. Just so we know what to expect.NEW!Crossovers with Torchwood are fine, but they must be at least 50% Doctor Who. No other crossover is allowed.
- You may enter two videos each round. You cannot reenter a previous submission regardless whether it won an award or not.
- 25 submissions will be accepted each round. The round will close after a month or after 25 entries. If you need to, you may reserve a spot. Reserving a spot will guarantee you the full month in which to make your video. Round 5 Only! Reserved spots will only receive an extra week past the round's closing date. April and I are going to be busy during the end of August/beginning of September and need to get the judging done before then. Anyone who misses the reserved spot deadline will be guaranteed a spot in December's round (Round 6).
- You may choose up to 5 categories to enter each video in. Descriptions of the categories are listed below.
- All entries are required to have a feedback link. A feedback link is a place for viewers to leave comments or reviews on your video. The link can be whatever you want, a LiveJournal entry, the YouTube page, an email address, etc. This is not where the judges reviews will be sent. Those reviews will be emailed to you directly.
- To submit a video, follow the form on the 'Submit' page. To reserve a spot, either leave a comment in the tag box, at the LiveJournal posts, or at Foolish Passion Vidding Forums. For more information on how the videos are judged, please visit the Judging Policy page. Thank you and good luck!
